Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

Заряжал Power Bank через второй разъём, показывало 2,5А хотя заявлено 2,4А. При зарядке Банки блочок сильно нагрелся, был сильнее тёплого В целом сойдёт, пока что устраивает!

To Krasnodar, the parcel arrived in 9 days. It was sent from a warehouse in Russia. Packed not in the branded package "ugreen". There is 1 connector in 1 amp, and 2 connectors in 2,4 amp. The quality of the device is satisfied. When charging simultaneously, 3 devices are not very warm (barely warm), ugreen is responsible for quality. I advise you to buy!
